3 levels of interview First one with HR HR tries to make sure the company values and all aligns with the candidate as well checks salary expectations. Second one technical interview with Department Head and Tech Lead They have their own list of technical questions that they go through one by one and takes note Third one with CIO and Department Head CIO is the main person for this part of the interview, they will ask you all the questions, process, change management, ITIL, why you want to work for them etc..

The first few rounds seemed promising with the team. When presented to the Partner level, you can tell how they immediately dismiss you just by looking at you via Zoom. Take a look at their current leadership. They stress diversity- but lack everything it stands for. You will never see a person of color at a client site within this organization. FYI- Received an offer from Deloitte- with the opportunity to bring in new business. Good Luck breaking into the national market.
