The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an HR screening where we discussed my background, portfolio, and experience in 3D grooming and hair creation. After that, I received a technical art test focused on creating realistic hair grooming for a character using industry-standard workflows. The final stage was an interview with the art lead to review my test, discuss optimization techniques, workflow, and problem-solving skills. Feedback was provided within a few days.
