    I worked at Freelancer part-time

    Pros

The only pro is that it shows available jobs next to you. That's it.

    Cons

This is a fraud website with bunch of fake accounts and non-stop fees for everything. This is for sure not a number one freelancer website. Only pain to work in here. I requested refunds of all the fees that were unfairly taken ( the contract was cancelled). No one answered so far. And no one on customer support were willing to refund for the customer satisfaction sake.

    Advice to Management

Maybe you should take a look at how other companies work with their customers? Like Adobe or Chase, both refunded the fees immediately just to save me as a customer. And look at you! A bunch of hungry nomads devouring every little fee - from client, from freelancer, from website, from using, from everything. Like a public toilet not a place to work.

I have been working at Freelancer part-time

    Pros

I have noticed none so far

    Cons

you are working for free until your bid is accepted. I'm basically bidding to illustrate works. It turns out that buyers, before choosing their freelancer, want to see the final product by all the freelancers bidding for their job. now this means that I have to spend hours illustrating proposals without even knowing if I will get the job. also most buyer want you to improve the illustrations and make changes at this stage ( so before they even assign the job to you!). it's absolutely ridiculous.
other cons... will you get paid ? who knows...
    other point.
stop buying people to write good reviews for you. they are simply fake.

    Advice to Management

    give freelancers some respect!
