Interview
The interview process is it a long drawn-out process. With extensive electrical and instrumentation quizzing. It also had a lot of human resource questions dealing with safety and or personality. A lot of the questions we're also as well dictated more towards Behavioral. The drug test is very thorough and the background check is very thorough as well.
