It was long and painful. Phone screening, then phone interview, and then an in person interview. They called again to have another interview, and I already accepted a position by then.

Very specific to the position. In procurement, they asked about problem solving questions in dealing with materials and departments.

Applied online. Contacted me for a phone screen after 2 months. From there it is fairly quickly. Another panel interview on the phone and and onsite interview with three managers and another onsite with a HR representative.
