Interview process consisted of a ~1 hour phone interview with senior geologists and HR personnel.
Follow-up interview/site-visit was paid for by company; consisted of ~4 hour site tour, meet and greets, Q&A session, etc.

Very clear and you have enough time to prepare. 6 questions in total. A lot of questions about teamwork and safety. They use HireVue for the first part of interview.
