After submitting your resume, you get called back within a week. The interview consists of 3 rounds, one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and one with more of management team
Very standard interviewing process, straight forward questioning surrounding basic customer service skills, as well as Microsoft suite experience. which would lead into the usual checks, from referees and police. Once completed and successful, there would be a contract acceptance

Interview
Quick process overall, didn't get the job but was a great experience getting somewhat familiar with the company. First, interviewed with the VP of the location for about 30 mins, and then with the hiring manager for another 30 mins. They were both friendly and approachable, seems like a good company.
