Freshpaint interview questions

It was exactly one month from introduction to offer across six different rounds. I especially appreciated that Freshpaint stacked two interviews on the same days to compress turnaround time. I've been through processes at other organizations that lasted far longer and didn't show the same respect for my time. Sam was exceptional throughout: her transparency and constant communication set the tone. All in all, it was an efficient and respectful process, and a strong signal of how the team operates.

Smooth and communicative. From the start, Sam (the recruiter) laid out a clear process. She said FP was revising the steps in the hiring process, but it felt like they had it nailed. There were multiple rounds, and I had one day with two interviews stacked. Every call had a purpose and I never felt that they were drawing it out - the pace was perfect. Sam communicated the entire time, giving feedback from the last interview and telling me what to expect from the next.
