The HR calls you in odd office hours and tries to schedule a F2F Skype call. Dear HR, please have some common sense that candidates are still working in the organization. If you want to have a call, Please call from morning 6 AM to 9AM or from 8pm to 11 PM. They will give you an assignment and in the email they will also tell you that, if there are any doubts please do let us know. But when you ask any doubts, no one will reply. After submitting the assignment, founders/CTO do not have courtesy to acknowledge the assignment. They dont even check your code or run a test on your assignment. After asking repeatedly, they will tell you that you are not selected. Candidates spend days to complete an assgnment inspite of their work at current organization and in return is this what is expected. If a candidate is not selected. Please list down the points and tell them what is missing and why couldn't they go ahead. This is not required for everyone.Only for the candidates who know that their solution is correct or almost close to the solution.
