I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fulflex (Brattleboro, VT)
Interview
Was interviewed by the lab department head manager who ran a number of sections of 'the floor' (outside the lab). Asked all the typical questions, related experience, etc. Was very pleasant experience even though I was nervous. Was introduced to the other people in the lab right away, who were very nice, and was told right then and there when I could start! I got this position through a temporary agency, so I was actually employed by the agency for the first three months, then got fully hired by the company itself.

None of the questions were difficult or unexpected.. except perhaps 'when can you star?' (since I expected to sit home and wait days for a phone call).
