I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FullContact in Aug 2021
Interview
A very efficient process with very quick and amazing response from the HR team.
The interview process was of 4 rounds:
1) Video interview/Resume discussion with hiring manager
2) An interesting assignment which is then evaluated over a video call
3) A very healthy discussion with the US team
4) Final interview with an Awesome HR Team
If you are planning for this interview, few points I would suggest are: They look for strong basics, Learning attitude and Problem solving mindset, You will never feel like an interview but a very good discussion which I can bet most of us will enjoy.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FullContact (Cochin) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview consisted of 4 rounds. It was more like discussions. The first round was a phone screening with a team manager. He thoroughly explained what the company is doing, what is the mission etc. Then I explained what I do, my skills, work experience, etc. It was really a friendly conversation.
The second round was a technical interview with a panel of 4 people from Kochi office. One person asked questions about ReactJS and other front-end questions. The second person asked me about Java, DBMS, etc to test my backend knowledge. This discussion went on for about 1 hour and I really enjoyed it. Felt like a discussion more than an interview.
The next round of interviews was with the US team, and they asked me a bunch of questions in Java, MongoDB, MySQL, and some system design-related questions. This round lasted for about 1 hour. This again was a really friendly conversation.
Then I had a discussion with senior management and an offer was made. I also received a box of snacks in the mail after 2 days. That was really a sweet gesture.
Overall the process was really nice. But my current company decided to retain me and I was not able to accept the offer. In the future, I am hoping to associate with Fullcontact again.
