It consists on three stages: 1 - interview with HR team to know about the experiences and salary expectations 2 - Asynchronous Interview: which is answering some questions with video using time limit. 3 - Coding Challenging: It is a challenge that you need to complete some features and unit tests while recording the process. The awful thing in this process is that I and the HR agreed to do those tasks in one week. But I received an email saying that I wouldn't continue the process without letting finished the coding challenge. It was total miscommunication from a part of HR team.
