Interview with the principal and other content teachers of the subject you will teach. You are required to teach a lesson and all of the panel asks you questions about your pedagogy, discipline procedures and more.
First you are entered into an applicant pool then Phone screening, followed by an in person interview with principal and AP. Everything was well planned and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Complete an online application through the FCS website. Then contacted for a screening interview. Direct school contacted me for an interview. Attended in person interview with the department head. Attended a second interview with department head and principal. Offer extended.

Interview
In person interview, had to do a demo lesson plan. Due to it being during the summer the demo was presented in front of adults vs. children which was a tad bit nerve-racking.
