Fusion OEM interview questions

A phone interview and two face-to-face interviews. The interviews were pretty laid back. The managers provided all information about the position and company to ensure that it would be a good match for both the company and myself.

Most thorough I have ever experienced! I felt like they cared about who exactly was filling the position even though it was an entry level position. The manager and owner were very nice. They treated you like were already part of the team the minute you walk in.
