It is more personality oriented rather than knowledge oriented. The interviewer will grill you and see how you react to that. They will also gauge your observation skills, like what you saw in office and all.

30 min online test , followed by interview , had to wait a lot .the interview was boring and they had plans to take in just a single person. time wasting type of interview , they tested the numerical skills
they dont look for management interested people. all they want are people who will be stuck to multiple computer screens
