The interview process consisted of two stages with the Financial Manager and the Head of Finance. Both interviews were well-organized, and the interviewers were professional and welcoming. I was pleased to receive a job offer, and the hiring team clearly acknowledged my qualifications and experience.
However, my main disappointment was the lack of salary transparency. HR did not provide the salary range at the beginning of the recruitment process, and I only found out after completing both interview stages and receiving the offer. The salary offered was the same as what I was earning in my previous role two years ago, despite my additional experience and qualifications.
I would suggest that HR shares the salary range with candidates at the initial stage of the recruitment process. This would help manage expectations and avoid wasting time for both the candidate and the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G.Network Communications (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The process was very straightforward and comfortable. The expectations were clear and got the opportunity to explain the career background without any rush. All my questions were politely answered. SMART methodology has been followed and it was clear to measure the candidates.

Sit down with the manager who made an effort to put me at ease before the interview started by having a general chat for 5 minutes which helped me calm any nerves I might have had.
