They ask me to fill out a questionnaire to "get you familiar with the site" in order to proceed with phone interview. It took over an hour, website was slow/buggy, and overall asked you to do unproductive/tedious tasks. After I do all of that, they sent me a link to sign up for a phone interview slot but none of the slots were available. I felt that my time was wasted and disrespected. Overall awful experience.
