After the preliminary phone call I was invited for an interview. They go over the benefits and job details and then they have you take a test. Prepare for that. Otherwise it was fine, a bit of a longer process to get the interview.
The interview is quite straightforward. You can always get an offer. They really need labor all the time, because people keep leaving. Do not be afraid to ask for a higher salary.
