I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at GBX Consultants (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
Pre screen phone call, Skype interview with teaching demonstration. They mentioned the job was part time with no benefits a few times, and they mentioned the fixed, non-negotiable salary at three different points in the conversation. Seems like they were worried about employees quitting over the low pay or lack of benefits, so they were focused on this area.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at GBX Consultants (Fort Stewart, GA)
Interview
The interview process was with a phone interview first to see if you fit and if the company fits you. Once you have had the phone interview you have a Skype interview and do a presentation for them to ensure you know how to facilitate. It was a great process and I enjoyed my interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GBX Consultants (Fort Polk, LA) in May 2015
Interview
Entire process: Phone interview, video teleconference interview, and a 10 minute presentation. The phone interview was about 20 minutes long and did include some interview questions related to the course I would be facilitating. Then I was invited to my first official interview with a regional director and that process lasted about 45 minutes. We discussed what a typical course was like and possible scenarios that might occur in a typical week. Afterwards, I was sent several slides and asked to put together a 10 minute presentation based on the slides content. Afterwards, I was offered employment.
