The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Lynn, MA) in Oct 2010
Interview
From what I remember, the interview was strictly behavioral. I interviewed 1-on-1 at my college, and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. My interviewer was very cold and strictly business, and I didn't think the interview went overly well, but they seemed more concerned with my strong qualifications because they still offered me the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time that you were working with a group and you had a lone dissenter (or you were the lone dissenter). What did you do to get the person on board with the group?
It was a behavioral interview. There were no technical questions asked. They want to get to know you and your background to see if you would be a good fit. I was asked about previous experiences on my resume and general questions about me.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Worcester, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Had one formal sit-down interview on the campus of my school, and everything was straightforward. Everything was put on by the school and GE outreach personnel, so very little interaction with actual people until the physical interview.
