A panel of engineers administers technical and behavioral interviews with each candidate. Interview is looking for the best engineers for the job and looks for the most experienced and willing to learn individuals who apply to the job, very fair.
Super easy process and HR and the hiring manager worked well together to get things rolling for me. It was three rounds and took just a week to get an offer
2 interviews, with the team and with the manager. Mostly about experience and projects done in the past. Interview with senior engineers with some technical questions and also ask for references.

Interview
good, a bit easy but not much detectable. Mostly covered thermodynamics part with engine and turbine based system. Energy conversion techniques is mandatory to attend the interview. Make sure you have the answer for all the simple questions.
