Assessment centre divided into two stages. First stage you are in a group and you have to design a bridge. Then they ask you to make a model of the bridge and prepare a presentation to give to the whole room. Second stage you are put in a new group and asked to find solutions to congestion during peak hour. You then present 3 solutions as a group to 2 interviewers in a more intimate setting that the first stage.
