Pompous interviewers. Silly questions asked. Very judgemental and overall an uncomfortable process. I interviewed with and accepted several other offers in top design consultancies and major contractors - this was the worst. Furthermore, they did not even both to send a rejection email in the following 6 months! Wholly unprofessional.

Gave some statics/solid mechanics basic diagrams on shear and deflection etc. "choose the right one".

GHD presentation on company and benefits
Candidate presentation 10 min on recent work or university project.
Technical structural questions at the end
Next stage is aptitude and personality tests.
