I applied online, received a phone call from a recruiter after a month. After the recruiter interviews you, then you get an assignment you need to complete with questions pertaining to the job title. After you complete your assignment. You’re assignment is passed over to the hiring manager, if they like what they read then a different recruiter reaches out to you within a couple of days about scheduling a panel interview which is done on Adobe Webcam. The panel interview consists from 5-10 people all regional managers, and trainers. It is a difficult interview. It lasts an hour to two hours long. They ask you to present a 10 minute presentation with a choice of car and topic. In addition, to the presentation you get bombarded with questions left and right by the panel. Best advice i can say is make sure you say a lot and be creative with your answers. They’re not looking for one word answers. In addition, make sure you have knowledge about cars. They’re trained professionals who will know right away when your lying about knowing things. With that being said, I’m sure the panel board are great people but i never heard back from them at all whether i got the job or not. Same thing other people have mentioned on Glassdoor. The company seems all interested in you at first, phone calls, emails, saying good things about you, about how your a great fit, blah blah then after the interview finishes, no response or anything from the company. I sent several emails, called a few times and nothing. They stopped responding cold turkey. I’m a professional and my time is valuable. Its very rude and inconsiderate to drag someone along the interview process with false belief then not talk to them again. After not getting a response from the company after several attempts it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have since started another position with better pay and have no regrets but just giving a heads up to other people interviewing they don't like to follow up. As other interview candidates have mentioned on Glassdoor they’re very friendly and responsive in the interview stages then out of the blue they disappear. Best of luck to whoever joins.
