Interview
It was a pre-selected scheme where university professors recommended students of interest to GSK with the first round consisting of a virtual interview conducted via a specialised website. The questions were standard STAR type competency questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was a 2 stage interview after the initial screening call with the internal recruiter; one brief interview followed by a detailed technical and scenario based interview. Intervieews were very nice and professional.

Interview
They were moving at a fairly rapid pace. About one-two weeks after I completed the online assessment, I had my first round interview. If successful, they wanted me to do another phone interview with managers and partners, and then the assessment day was about a week or two after.
