Dire pourquoi on veut travailler chez GSK et pourquoi ce programme en particulier (il faut être intéressé par TOUTES les parties du programme). Ensuite, Décrire plusieurs exemples concrets où l'on a travaillé en équipe, et démontrer ses rôles de leader. La personne (qui ne travaille pas chez GSK mais qui travaille pour une boite de recrutement pour GSK), pose diverses questions spécifiques.

There was four separate assessments. All online and all individual. It has changed since then to a group assessment, technical interview and personal interview. The interview process is job dependent as some roles do not require a technical interview.
CV submission on the site.after that there was a situation judgement test, on workday followed by video submission using the questions given by them.The test aslo had numerical ability questions
