Interview
The interview process was very organized and seamless. The recruiter and hiring manager were responsive and helped progress the interview process quickly.
It began with an HR screening, moved into a behavioral interview with the hiring manager (CV review, general career questions), a technical interview with an engineer (covered general AI-related topics to evidence knowledge of the field), and concluded with a presentation to the hiring manager and VP.

Interview
HireVue is the worst interview system to ever exist. Interviews should not be one-sided. There should be a chance for interviewees to ask questions as well. I also was sort of taken back by the salary listed at the end of the interview being over 5k less than what was posted in the description, and 10k less compared to other local pharma/biotech industry PostDoc positions.
