Was given presentation to prepare for one week in advance of the assessment centre. Technical interview after giving my presentation to a process engineer at GSK. Very relaxed and friendly interviewers and environment. Was given a strengths-based interview after a site tour, which was also relaxed.

Interview
After completing the online application and psychometric tests, I then completed a pre recorded video interview before my assessment centre. The video interview had several competency questions and 2/3 technical questions. The assessment centre had 4 parts to it: a competency interview, a presentation based on a case study, a technical interview and a group business exercise.

Interview
Psychometric tests, video interview, interview that consisted of technical and competency interview, as well as a presentation. Everyone was very friendly. I first had an interview at Slough, but was unsuccessful. However I was asked to have another interview at Worthing. The atmosphere was generally quite relaxed, follow up questions to presentation were fairly simple. All the interviewers were very friendly, and willing to help me answer the questions.
