Applied through a referral. Got a call from HR after a couple of weeks. Interview was scheduled with director (hiring manager) the next day. Conversation went smooth. Thought would be shortlisted but got a rejection email one week later. If I would have ben shortlisted, the next round was a panel interview. Looks like the expectations are too high for the position.
