The interview process was a very good experience. The interviewers were friendly and keen on explaining the question. They were also allowing time for the candidate to think the answer to the question and asking questions to learn more.

2/3 of the interview was based on competency questions based on the values of the company.
3 interview steps. First with HR and then with the Technical Managers.
The last interview was mostly based on my ethical and behavioral aspects as working within a team enviroment
Assessment Day consisted of an individual presentation to the group where you described the formulation process for a particular formulation as well as the problems that would need to be overcome followed by a strength based interview. Due to COVID-19 the assessment centre was held virtually.
