the recruiter will call and interview you through the phone. if you qualify, they will arrange an interview with the manager for the position.
the online interview was pleasant and pretty much straightforward. they just want to know you and your experience at previous company.

interview was taken properly. Good question asked. Selection process fair. 1 hour interview. Many question asked. Very comfortable setting. Relevant, challenging. Hard. Could not answer. Next time I will try very well.
