Had a video assessment test on HireVue initially. It had 3-4 Video based answers, rest of the answers were text based. After around two-three weeks, has a video conference with the Head of the Department and the Hiring manager who were based in the US. Interview was good overall. Didn't hear back from them after that, follow up emails were ignored till an automated email came saying they had chosen someone else.
