Good process, took a while and required a lot of pre-work. Process was about 3 months total with 3 rounds. Overall would say it went well, very professional. Met with several people on the team who were all good.

I had 3 interview round: The First, the application form and online interview with HR. They asked me about my experiences, skills, pros and corn, and my indivisual personality. The second, I was invited with head of Department. He asked me about my story, my opinion in management, strategies and how I work with my colleageus and expected salary. And the last, I was interviewed with CEO. He asked me about leader skills, comunication and critical thinking. In addition, he tell me a lot of bussiness ethic and my growth in the future.that all

Lengthy and hard to get into the proper channels. They hire Managers mostly from within company and you must have specific experience and training to be considered. Politics plays a big role in receiving an interview and making the right relationships makes all the difference in receiving an interview
