I first underwent an HR Screening Phone Call, followed by a video call with hiring manager. This then followed up with offer after two steps. I applied online (LinkedIn posting). It was a positive experience and occurred within 2-3 weeks.
online interview, fairly standard, asked for times when.... Also tested some basic knowledge about the field, the interview was split about half and half with personal questions then questions about the discipline.
