Virtual interviews with a couple of rounds. Friendly set up but questions seemed ‘off the cuff’ rather than structured. Good communication and logistical planning but didn’t hear back for over four months.

They asked various questions about how I would approach certain items or what I thought of different areas.
Spoke to hiring manager, didn't proceed as I didn't have the requisite skills needed for the role (even though I did have the skills as per the job description). Initially spoke to HR and they said it was ok to proceed, ended up a waste of time.
