GSK Graduate Programmer Manager - Consumer Healthcare interview questions

After applying online it took 3 weeks for them to reach out to me then I had a telephone interview that went well I then had to wait 3 weeks for the next interview which was another telephone interview and then after that they said they would let me know about final rounds which I then had to wait for 4 weeks only to get an email back to say I wasn't selected it was a terrible process and has completely put me off the company the whole thing took way to long
