While the panel interview was adequate, I note that after completing 5 interview rounds, I discovered the role required a specific skillset not mentioned in the original job description.
While organizations certainly have the right to refine requirements, greater clarity upfront would respect candidates' time investment. I recommend aligning JD transparency with internal needs before initiating multi-stage processes to ensure a more efficient experience for all parties.
