Gain America interview questions

Visited the office where the manager handed me the phone receiver for a phone interview with somebody who was either in the same office or elsewhere. Basic coding questions were asked.

They search my resume on monster, and then invited for an Interview. He asked questions about my background in PHP and then invited for online Training. I accepted it first, but then rejected it. The company seems to be fishy. They say they billion dollars revenue, but their office is third class and i don't feel interested.
