Applied online. Received an email from recruiter 2 weeks later. Interview with recruiter was scheduled a week later. The call with the recruiter went well, then I was told that I had to take an assessment test. I took the test and then received an email a few later that they were going to look at other candidates.

Basic questions from recruiter to review my background, experiences with clients and the like . He mentioned that even though I did not have much hands on experience with the software, he wanted me to take the assessment test.
