there was three interview sessions, the first and second with Hiring team and third with Quality Assurance leader. I was accepted in the first two and declined in the third one, I got feedback and they decide to not proceed, mainly just because of French communication

Question 1
how you would deal with someone refusing to cooperate or going against your recommendation?
It was a nice discussion but the process was extremely long. It took several months from application to job offer. We discussed experiences and job duties. It was a postive experience overall.
