Very straightforward and only 20 minutes. They asked for examples of creating fun experiences for kids, handling a stressful situation, working on something over time that required sustained effort, and delivering challenging content to kids.

Interviewer described the position, reviewed my application to make sure of my preferences, asked a few situational-type questions. Offered me a position on the spot. Then reviewed what next steps would look like, which was an offer letter to come within 24 hours which was to be signed 24 hours after that.
