It was chill, and felt like being part of a summer camp again. Half of it was one-on-one resume screen, and the other half was a group session to evaluate soft skills. It needed a little prep.
I applied online. I interviewed at Galileo Learning in Feb 2016
Interview
During my first year I had a phone interview and an in person interview, and during my second year it was just the phone interview. Both phone interviews were similar, however, the second interview included questions about my previous camp experience and how I could improve on my previous performance

I applied online. I interviewed at Galileo Learning
Interview
Great atmosphere, 1-1 interview about previous experiences, and small group scenario questions. A lot of funny games - the experience of a typical day at camp. We had to prepare a small introduction and one game/song/lesson.

Question 1
What would you do if during team time one camper is excluded?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Galileo Learning (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
It's a pretty straightforward process. You submit an online application with some general background info, and when/if they're interested you'll get an email regarding a phone interview. You setup the phone interview time, and they'll ask you some relevant questions. Then they'll call back (generally a few days later), and give you a response as to whether you're hired and (if hired) what position you got/pay/background/onboarding.
