I applied online. They called me for a phone interview a few days later, then scheduled an in person interview with the camp director. I met one on one with the camp director informally, but the interview was easy and straight forward.

Very straightforward and realxed, asked questions regarding situations at camp, with about four to five questions total. I asked one or two questions. I was then offered the position during the interview.

Interview involves games, activity planning, socializing and a casual interview with the camp director. Very casual and fun and lighthearted. There is a group interview and then the interview with just the director one on one
