Galpin Motors interview questions

Very thorough. Reference check, background check, and DMV check. Took several weeks for all to clear, well worth the wait. It felt as if I was being drafted in an elite team and only the few and the brave make the cut.

Pretty solid process. I really wanted to work for the organization, so I hunted everyone down. Given that was a high volume of applicants, the process was a little extensive. First round was with the HR Director (whom this role reports to) very generic, discussing experience pertaining to the role, getting a grasp of whether that experience would fulfill the needs of the role. The second interview was with the VP who oversees the entire HR department, this interview was more in depth about what course of action one in this role would take, more role-related questions. Last interview with Director of Fixed Operations. More behavioral and character questions, meeting the team, a walk through of the organization, and getting a grasp on tech Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
