I applied online through a staffing agency. Didn't hear anything for weekks until I emailed the recruiter and asked how things were going. Was then told to meet up for an interview a couple of days later. At the interview it was clear that the recruiter was not prepared. He had not read my cv and it took him at least 5 minutes to pull up his documents on his laptop. We talked about my experience and me as a person. He also gave me an idea of that the team at the store were not performing good and that the ASM might quit due to some conflicts. The recruiter told me that he would get back to me after Easter holiday but it's been a couple of weeks now, and I've hard nothing.
