      Finance Administrator Interview

      Nov 7, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Frisco, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Garver (Frisco, TX) in Oct 2017

      Interview

Received an email from HR in Arkansas to schedule a phone screen interview. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She arranged a face to face with 3 managers. 2 flew in from Arkansas and arrived late to the interview. Local manager seemed uncomfortable as if he had never conducted an interview before.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

What if scenarios asked. What if 2 people needed something at the same time.

      Question 2

More what if scenarios. Not too interested in my skill set. One manager acted put out that he was there. He asked unethical questions such as...how much severance did your former employer pay you. He kept looking at his apple watch the entire time. At this point, I had no interest in working for someone that was so disrespectful.
