There were 3 phone interviews and that process was done within a few weeks. The questions were general seeking the candidate's interest in the company and know more about the work experience listed on the Resume. Then, a selected pool of candidates who passed the interview were invited for an in-person interview that lasted for 30 minutes. It was very straightforward with all the questions from the Resume.
