Interview
The interview process is in 3 steps
Firstly, there is an online questionnaire asking you to provide details of the job and answer how you can fulfil the role effectively .
Secondly, If successful, you will have an in person interview with Gatwick recruitment agency.
Lastly, if successful you will be invited to a 4-week course (with around 20 other chosen candidates) where if successful completed 3 written and 1 physical and 2 x-ray exams you will be given a rota and accepted into a team on a 6-month probationary contract.

A little challenging but felt comfortable. Was honest about my autism and it didn't seem to be a problem at the time. They agreed with putting me and my mum on the same shift pattern too. Which 4 months later, turned into lies.
