Gava Talent Solutions interview questions

Recruiter from Gava Talent reaches out via LI. Doesn't provide a JD, but instead, asks for a copy of my resume before sending the JD. She sets up a time for a call and I agree to the time. She didn’t provide a copy of the JD she said she would provide, so I asked, and nothing. No response. Time comes around for the call this recruiter set up and she is a no show. You may be busy, but so is everyone else. Please be respectful of people's time. You're not doing yourself or your company any favors by being unprofessional. It’s no wonder the ratings for this company is so low.
