I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gecko Robotics in Jan 2019
Interview
HR is horrible. I applied for an open position. The HR rep emailed me a few days later to set up a phone interview. It took me almost a week just to get back in touch with her to schedule this! Then after the phone interview she said I would hear from her in a few days with the next steps for the personality test. A week went by with no word so I followed up with her. A day later she emails me back and says they’re still interviewing candidates and it would be another week before I heard anything. Unfortunately I’ve moved on to another company. Great company with excellent opportunities but HR needs a major overhaul.

Interview
They asked me to pick an interview slot from those provided to me. I received a confirmation email scheduling it. Two days before the interview, I'm told there's been an offer extended. Mind you, this was for a first interview with the HR representative, so I find this extremely hard to believe. I don't appreciate being misled.

Interview
There were two interviews for me. First one was mostly based on my resume and the things I have done that was related to the focus of the company. Second interview was about 2 weeks later, and that was mostly problem-solving ability where they gave me a real problem and asked me to come up with some solution.
